My home computer is giving me a hard time, as when I tell it I want to log out of my account here (old one), it does for a second, then welcomes me back. Is there an easy way to have my account deleted, please?
TIA for any help.

Ask Rick to help you out. He probably can resolve this for you.
You can clear out all cookies and that should fix it. Use your browser help system to figure out how to remove your cookies.

Thanks, Conrad. I am now forced to ask, out of curiosity: do Chinese made computers have fortune cookies, or regular ones?

Have to be "regular" because the fortune kind are strictly USA.

it's your browser that's remembering your recent activity.
you need to select the "clear all history" from the tools>options tab.
that'll clear all cookies and remembered passwords.

If you use Firefox, you don't even need to delete all cookies. Just the ones associated with the Campfire. It's under the Privacy tab in Tools > Options > Remove individual cookies.
