Other than Winchester you might try Numrich Arms, or post a WTB in the classifieds. I think you'll find prices at Numrich to close to what Winchester gets. As for responses to WTB ads in the classified, I've found pricing to be fair. PTG offers 1pc M70 floorplates at reasonable prices.
I never thought I'd grow up to be a grumpy old man, but I did, and I'm killin' it.

Thanks WiFowler. I've checked out some floorplates that seem to cost almost as much as a rifle! I'll check out PTG.

I called Winchester and they are sold out and don't make the parts any more! Need to check out some other places now.

I understand. The thing is that my particular model (Black Shadow) was made just prior to Winchester shutting down. They have parts for the models they make now and for other past guns but their inventory for the items I need are out of stock and the factory that used to make these is the one that got shut down. When they run out of the other inventory they have eventually they'll be in the same boat i'm in.I bought this rifle in March of 06!

I got the parts I needed. Thanks to Displaced Texan. Also want to thank Redneck for responding to some of my silly questions. The hinged floorplate and trigger guard fits perfect. I used the magazine box, follower, and spring from the stock that I replaced that had a blind magazine. Everything fits and works perfect on the new stock!
I need to learn how to post a picture. Anybody know how?

Yup.. Upload your pics to a site such as photobucket.. After it's there, move the cursor over the pic and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on the lowest item and then 'paste' it into your post here..
Piece of cake..
