Tied the bales together with some rope... Added some topsoil and compost. Planted the tomato plants,let them get rooted in and then staked them....

Here's my hay bale set up. I've even got flowers starting to form up on the tops of every plant... Awesome rig. It ain't easy keeping young plants alive out here once the heat kicks in. Looks like that can be moved to partial shade with minimal effort.
