Upper is a National Match Bushmaster with a 1:8 twist 20 inch barrel with a YHM rail. $650 Leupold MK4 10x40 $850 The upper is silly accurate. The scope has probably been mounted but I doubt you could tell it. I don't have these items in my posession, they are in Quantico Va.
