The web says roughly, around 38 calories / ounce.

So,..about 2400 calories or so.

Hope you topped it off with a nice glass of fiber... eek

Who gives a [bleep]? (no offense) When you're eating steak, who wants to count calories? Some things you just don't compromise on! Steak is one of em'. A bigass ribeye would be even better than a bigass sirloin. Just be sure to drink lots of fluids and take your stool softeners and bulking agents. Next stop...the Big Texun Steak Ranch in Amarillo. Bon appetit.

Typical beef steak is 202 calories for 4 oz, so 16X202= 3,232 before the baked potato and sour cream and apple pie and icecream. wink 12 - 16 oz is enough for me, and I like steak.

Okay, your inquiring aunt wants to know what possessed you to do such a stupid thing. It was a dare wasn't it. You are so like your cousin in so many ways.

Sometimes replying to the last post rather than paying attention to who you really should reply to has interesting consequences: smile

You're just not used to eating properly. Continue to eat lots of beef and pork and a couple of chickens now and then. Just wait and see how much better you are.

last year at the county fair, i ate what the local high school team said was impossible. its called the touchdown burger.

it has a sesame seed bun, mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, and lettuce, and 6 slices of cheese and ham, along with 6 1/4 pound patties. it came with a 32 ounce drink and fries. all for $10.

i could barely walk when i was finished, but i killed it, and my wife's fries too... grin

the next day? it was................... interesting to say the least... sick
