The only parade is a parade of trucks loaded with hunting gear, driving down the Chickenbuck road. laugh

There are strange things done in the midnight sun
By the men who moil for gold;
The Arctic trails have their secret tales
That would make your blood run cold;
The Northern Lights have seen queer sights,
But the queerest they ever did see
Was that night on the marge of Lake Lebarge
When a rainbow Ford lead the parade of men in tights.

Sorry Robert Service!

I like the moose catcher ND. That will teach them danged deer. Before, they were kilt by an ordinary truck. now, they will avoid the road like the plague.

I am officially saying that yesterday, April 6, we were snow free. To be sure, there are piles still around, but everywhere there wasnt a pile or drift it is gone. It has been replaced by mud, which apparently is made up of tiny special magnet particles. These special magnets do not attract metal, like other magnets. This magnet mud attracts little boys. The little boys are helpless when they get in proximity of the mud. They just get sucked right over to it and are forced to march right into it and look at their now mud covered shoes. Little girls apparently feel a slight pull, but only once in awhile. Little boys feel it all of the time, much to their mothers chagrin. eek

Could leave that canoe at the landing where Ryan parks his car....and where we keep the Chevy's that can't make it the mud run. ror.

Mud, mud puddles and standing water are just little boy magnets.

Rubber boots should be mandatory for boys in the spring.

boots hell, they need dive suits, regular full body wet suits so you can rinse them off with the hose at the back door when it's time to come in.

i second the full body wet suits. I bought them cute little monkey rubber boots for their birthday in preparation for the mud magnets. on their very first outing, they went over the tops of them. Since then, it is simply routine to be covered from head to toe with mud. Seems like the dog is also susceptible to the mud magnets. She gets covered in it awfully quick.

Same date at my place BM. In fact I told the wife that last night....I deemed it "snow free" yesterday.

I had the girl at softball practice last night and could find the trouble making monkey I call Jack. Called all over for him, sure enough he pops out of the woods covered in....... MUD. laugh

Well it was an interesting night at work. We had a short meeting before we started. Our male supervisor and a female coworker got fired. I guess they got caught either by someone or on video during work doing some funny stuff together. I don't know what they were thinking. Especally her, he is not good looking at all and he is like missing every other tooth on the top and what he does have are like stubs. smile

Good luck on the house, Ryan.

I almost killed a pit bull today. We were cleaning up the baseball fields for the kids leagues. There were easily 300 people there and the dude has a pit bull barking at people.

Idiot!
