I knew a guy that had a job as a turkey jerker in college....
It would be pretty low on my list of careers... That ranks up there with the guy that collects the "Still Steamin' Buck Seman" for the scent company.

It would be pretty low on my list of careers... That ranks up there with the guy that collects the "Still Steamin' Buck Seman" for the scent company. Collecting deer semen is one thing, but pales in comparison to the guy that collects bull semen for artifical insemination. Now that takes some balls.

5" to 8" of snow of the wet and heavy varity on the way starting this afternoon .  I was supposed to start turkey hunting Wednesday morning. Don't think that's going to happen.

Bill, I whacked my turkey last year in a snowstorm. They're still horny little buggers.  I could do without the extra snow though. We're supposed to get a couple MAYBE. I hope not.

We've got about 3" on the ground right now. It's the wet heavy varity. Supossed to snow all night.

Boy am I glad I'm going to be done with this job soon. Lastnight the operator that was on my line is a total worthless worker. He don't do what he is supposed to do, he expects other people to do it for him. He just walks around tossing his utitity knife in the air and catching it. We were having issues with our machine so I yelled "line 3", and he just looked at me. So I hollered it again, the operator at line 1 ended up coming and fixing it for me. Then he was supposed to take the place of the other gal boxing on the line while she went on break, he boxed 2 boxes then went on break himself. Needless to say about 75 lbs of baged licorice ended up on the floor. All licorice that falls on the floor (in the bag or not) becomes pig food or bear bait. It is amazing how worthless some people are. Ok, I'm done venting.
