McMillan Sako Varmint stock inletted for a Remington 700 short action, BDL bottom metal(I used PTG steel - drop in fit), #7 contour Shilen, Holland recoil lug.

LOP measures 14.25" +/-, which is interesting as I ordered 13.5" and never noticed it all these years. Pictures shown with PTG bottom metal, not included.

Uncertain what the fill was from McMillan - it currently weighs 2lbs 12 oz.

I bedded it using Speedy's method at his class at Trinidad, using Devcon with G-10 pillars and strips of G-10 down the barrel channel.

Needs a paint job to be perfect, but doesn't look bad as is. Has been on my medium twist 6BR for the last seven years or so.
