Well everybody we brought home my POS yesterday. Here are a few pictures. Is Dave 9 feet tall or could my POS be sunk into the ground alittle? Hmmm... Note the nice tailgate. It runs but the ignition switch is bad so when you let off the starter, it dies. Sounds just like I remember it sounding. RWS thinks we should drive her around just the way she is, I think maybe we should get some better tires first. I did suggest to Dave that maybe we should buy a farm now too, seems appropriate doesn't it? LOL. The tires are good on the truck, its a nice truck i think it should go to a truck show.
Hold my mountain dew & watch this.

Boy, you aint right in the head... lol!! Look where he gets it from. Those Sport King's must have been the fo-shizzle back in the day. I think most used trucks I've bought from the early 80's had those on them. I'm 99% sure I'm going to run 33x10.5 BFG Mud Terrain's.

I actually bought those sport kings new for my first truck back around 1995 i think. I used them up (or so I thought) and we gave all 4 to Pam's dad when we got new ones in around 98 or so.

My wife is on it. Plays Farmville and something else. Always locking up the computer. I stay as far away from it as I can, but my daughter posted my picture on the wifes page.

You could have asked Dave, he would have told you. Suprised he has not written that in the thread somewhere along the line.
I am out of order until further notice. My "stupid people" filter needs cleaning and my "give a damn" batteries have run out.

and why didnt you tell me it was gay before i did it Tzone???? It's one of those things you have to find out for yourself. It's interesting for about 15minutes. When you start reading all the crap people write about....you start to wonder what the heck you're doing on there. Just not my deal. Some people love it.

stupid truck runs... ok, time to fess up. The damn thing didn't want to run. It faught me like a dirty bastard. I have 4 different straight blade screwdriver stab wounds in my left hand... this damn truck is fighting me. I took the Ignition switch apart and cleaned it to get spark, then it decided to get fuel gremlins. It locked out the main tank on it's own so I had to bipass the dual tank valve... blah, blah, on and on, soreness and dirtiness etc, etc. And there it was running. I swear I'd do about anything to make that female human smile. Her truck really makes my 77 F150 look good (for the time being)

nice job....so far on the truck. lotsa work to go, uh, right Pam?
but duuuude. You dont mess around with the gay. Letting your buddy step in a pile of steaming dog doo is one thing, risk him getting the gay is anudder.
And Tzone....you say they write about all kinds of crap on gaybook....uh, what do we write about here???
I am fast becoming really popular. I have .... 2 friends on gaybook. Guess the gay aint taking hold. I did, however, stoke it with hunting pics, so maybe that is fending off the virus.
How about Francisco Liriano huh? I watched the 9th. Pretty cool.

This picture, with the lady driving, with that big smile on her face....is why you needed to get that truck running. I like that last picture, with them both together. Cool!

It's kinda the same. You'll have to be on facebook for a while to see what I'm talking about. Not easy for me to put in words. You really will start to NOT care the "Jim just walked his dog" or "Suzy put the baby to be and is now going to have a glass of wine". I mean every aspect of peoples lives they put on there. It may not seem like it because of all the stuff I write on here but I'm a pretty private guy. LOTS of stuff I don't tell anybody on here. You'll see. How about Francisco Liriano huh? I watched the 9th. Pretty cool. Very cool. He still kinda stunk. Defense backed him up well. 123 pithces, 6 walks, 2 strike outs...that SHOULD read loss, but it doesn't and that is what is important.

Pam,I know that you are proud of that truck.Congratulations.In the picture you look GENUINELY happy driving it.
Hey guys,Facebook ain't gay.Lotsa people are on it.True that you interact with a lot of meaningless drivel as to who is doing what or about to go where but it is a great way to stay in touch with people about whom you care. You just have to disregard who "wrote on your wall" or "gave you a poke".I rarely write on it but do read it a lot especially to see how some of my far flung younguns and their younguns are doing since they seem to prefer to write on Facebook rather than email me directly.Heaven forbid they should actually use a phone and call me.Anyway,it ain't bad if you handle it right. And no I am not gay.I'm too damn old for that chit.

right you are stan, I have facebook and usually check my notifications to who sent me a message, or wrote on my wall. as for the "news" thing that tells everyone what so-and so is doing, its easy to ignore. and if you're bored you can kill some time by reading what people are up to. I usually block the news feeds from the people who update it every hour with "taking a nap" or "shower time" or "its movie night" that kinda stuff gets old, but you can choose to hide those from the ones who do it all the time.
facebook aint gay. its helped me reconnect with lots of old Navy buddies I would have lost touch with forever otherwise.
