what a little businessman!

Take away the footings and it is a smaller pour I would bet (not any 3100 sq foot garages out there) and I would say that is in line.

Speaking of garages....how big is your garage? I think we should compare to see whose is biggest! confused Uh, please do not quote that line out of context! laugh Shed's dont count for this particular contest....although I am jealous if you have a nice shed.

Heck Yeah! Great idea Pam. I could try and help talk ND into it if you would like. ND the one you have sounds more like a shed than a garage......you really need a garage for, well, garage things. Certain things go in a shed, certain things go in a garage.

In today's economy, they are almost free to build too. Really cheap. whistle

Pam also figures we should add a master bedroom and bathroom too. grin That would be the only way a now 4 car garage would be changed from the original 3 car garage talk earlier this month.

We definately need another bedroom and bathroom!!!! PWM told me the other day he is never moving out. Uff.

RWS did amazing last night, said he could hear me yelling...of course!!!!!! I can tell he got his athletic ability from his mom for sure. LOL! Ok, maybe a little from his dad too.

That is funny, oh mom he will change his mind about moving out as soon as he is a teenager.

You can never have enough storage.

Well if I keep my boat in one of the 4 stalls, it will be a 3 car garage.

Tzone, it will need to be heated if you want to store your boat in there. C'mon Dave, it has to be heated! For Pam!

Good Job Nate! Thats awesome!

Muffy - Sorry to hear about the news. Some things are just meant to be I guess...

B man - That is a heck of a good price on concrete.

Tzone - Where are you going fishing for opener next weekend?

It's next weekend here. There was talk of postponing it up north, in the NE part of the state. I don't know if that happened or not?
