I just flew from Pittsburgh to Ketchikan via Minn. and Seattle. We had to get new tickets at Seattle with Alaskan Air, but our luggage was checked all the way through to Ketchikan. I think that will be the case with you also, but check with the ticket counter when you check in just to be sure. Good luck on your trip.
