Look up the state you want to ship it to. Not all states have the same rules and regs. I use USPS Priority mail to send guns. I also take the stock off the action for safer shipment.
Like xposo said check state regs. A silencer on a air gun is ok most places. You can't have one in Michigan. Pyramid refused to ship a Marauder to me because of the shrouded barrel.
