Wife got me one of these 2 years ago for a present. I just used it last weekend. Did a fine job on Cod. The best part is it has a charcoal filter and all but removes any smell from kitchen. Really I couldn't believe it! You can reuse the oil about 10 times if you strain it after each use. It will only do (3) large pieces of fish at a time as to keep the oil temperature up. However for the wife and I this is the ticket!
