For youth tags what does 494 and 594 mean? No go???

For everything else, a 500+ tag means you drew. Example my app was 481 and my tag is 581.

Therefore, I think your 594 code should mean you drew a tag!

I applied for a 1st and 2nd with the option to just sell me an archery tag if i didn't draw either

If it doesn't say "app" after it, I think that means you got the license.

FYI, I got my 2nd choice, which I'm happy with, confirmed with a call to DOW.

But my file still just shows the application, and doesn't indicate that I drew a tag.

I was busy being a pain in butt to the Division today, and found out a way to backdoor the backdoor. Anyway, my preference points were posted on their little customer information screen for deer, and since I had 0 after the 2011 draw, that means I got my first choice tag. I'm sure the real backdoor will be up really soon, but I was getting antsy.

Can you clarify that for me on the deer tag? Not sure what you are talking about. I did a preference point/draw results search and it only listed mine through 2010.

Right. You're not gonna get anything that way until June 2nd. I called them up to see what I had on file, they did say that preference points were posted, but not the draw results. Because my preference points were zeroed out, that means I drew first choice. Only way to do this is over the phone.

No change on mine. I guess I'm screwed.

any ideas how soon until we find out normally for elk?

Seems like last year the Cards were pretty quick in the mail

May 31 is the official date for elk. Sometimes they post them a day or two early, so keep checking.

You could've gotten your second choice, and it won't show up on the website FWIW.

I called today and found out I drew 3rd season cow

Checked again and my preference points were updated for 2011. I didn't draw the cow tag or the deer tag. Can't believe I didn't draw the deer tag. The last two years one point drew that unit almost 100% success.

Well, I didn't get my #1 choice for deer. They couldn't tell if I got second choice. Got 2 points for deer now (which is about the size of the buck i'll probably shoot when I do draw a tag!).

They show my elk draw and my Preference points online now, also...
