I put a 2x7 VV on my ruger #1 458 Lott.
I have not shot it yet. You guys think it will hold ???????????

Well, there's really only one way to find out. Go shoot 100 shots at the range, then send us some pics of the scope... and your shoulder...  FC

Not nearly the same thing, but I have that scope on my 338 and 375 both with 40 plus rounds on them now and both are showing no worse for the wear thus far.

Well I ran one on a 7lb tikka 9.3x62, over a 100 rounds through that rifle and no probs with the scope at all.

I might be a recoil weenie but the .458 Lott is a whole 'nother kettle of fish!  We even rattled out a Leupold 1.5-5 on one.... Anxious to hear how this goes for Fotis..but I've been surprized by stranger things...
