Since there is no collector value, any pair of sights that will be compatable and fit will get you shooting. OR scope it. Keep checking eBay, gunbroker, and gunshows. Eventually you'll find one. For $350. in that condition, it should be complete. I'd most likely pass at that price.

For $350, I'd buy one as a hunter/shooter. Worst case I'd play with it for a few years, and sell it if I didn't like it - probably for a small profit.
For the sights, I might put a front sight on just to make it look better, but I'd probably put a blank in the rear and scope it.

Longbeardking , Calhoun: Thanks for the fast response , If I can get the gun for less than $350. I may buy it. It may be a good trade item in the future.

I have the rear sight in new condition. No front though.
These guns usually shoot very well with the 24" octagon barrel.

I'm not familiar with this one. Is it a 95 comm made in 1970? That's how I found my 1895 Winchester. I thought I was looking at one of the new ones hangin on the wall of a bait and tackle shop. When I got closer I saw it had some wear and tear on it. Turned out it was made in 1910 and the original owner was selling it, Joe.
I'm not greedy, I just want one of each.

Yep, they made a commemorative in 1970 with octagon barrel, crescent buttplate and chambered in 308. Not hard to find NIB, don't see too many shooters out there.

Yes, it was a half azzed attempt at a commemorative but they did it in a Winchester cartridge! Never got very popular. More of a novelty now.

Blair Now I have a LN without the box naturally aged front sight to perfectly match the condition of the rifle. And I'll let it go for less than I paid one of the NY Mikes during the last bubble economy...

I saw one of these rifles at a gunshow last weekend, price was 895 if I remember correctly. I do believe it had a brass coin or emblem in the stock.
