I forget that I'm carrying when I do, IWB that fits me good. I have yet to find a rig that comfy for carry. I end up leaving my full-sizers at home and plopping a .380ACP in my front pocket.

Going to be a real treat for some of us guys. Packed and loaded KG. Leaving early early Have a safe flight. After TSA of course. I am looking forward to my patdown (if someone's tickling my junk it better be a cutie though, else I ain't going to make the plane) airpuffer test and body scan. I'm thinking a banana in my front pocket, just to change things up a bit...

Thanks, I was worried about whether Leighton could cook in salt water. Well, not cook Leighton...you know what I mean. And Roger's bringing 55 gn drums, huh? Hmmm... OK, all good. Hell, there's only a dozen of you. I should be OK.

Phone? What phone? Was out doing the headless chicken routine in Wally World, last minute packing and all of that. Now I get to kick back for an hour and think about what I might have forgot. Anyone else got a delayed action memory like me? Ya get 90 minutes out and then "ooh crap!". Birdwatcher

Don't worry, you'll remember what you forgot when you get to the beach. Toilet paper?
Sounds like Roger is setting up a small city, probably be able to see it from space.

Well, It's probably about 80 degrees down on the beach with a breeze outa the South. They've polished off the Lobsters and the seagulls and the coons are now some high class diners (I doubt they've had lobster shells before). Can't say if they've caught any fish but in my minds eyes and ears I've seen seen big rods bent double and mono squealing in the wind. I had my rods out and leaning against the garage with every intention of heading that way in the morning but the drama that surrounds my life just keeps unfolding, and it's best I stay here. This year for father's day I'm going to ask them all to pull all their boneheaded stunts around the end of January instead of the first week of Summer.
I know one thing for sure. If they didn't have sunscreen, they are goinna look like they crawled in that pot with those lobsters. It was a scorcher today. There must not be cell service even on top of a dune or somebody would have posted something.
Right now they're probably sitting back enjoying a cool beverage and maybe some barbeque, telling some lies, and wondering if they're going to live through tomorrow. There is enough wind to keep the mosquitos away, maybe, and as long as somebody doesn't get drunk and go for a swim at night they'll do fine through the night.
I don't know about other places but down on Padre there are little phosphorescent things in the water that glow at night. Little diatoms or some such. Kinda cool. Don't want to swim at night though. There be monsters out there.
