Shrapnel, I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter and congratulate you on your efforts to support cancer research. Your daughters could probably supply a link from the Komen foundation that allows donors to make online pledges for your daughters' participation. If you post that information here, I'll bet you could raise a fair amount of money.

I would like to make a donation of $100 to the cause. Could you provide me with a link or address to make the donation?

My dad let me know about the amazing response he recieved to this post. Many have requested information regarding The Susan G Komen 3 Day Walk that my little sister and I are participating in in memory of our dear sister, Paige. I am attaching the link that will take you to my little sister's fundraising page.
The money raised goes towards breast cancer research, which in many cases covers other cancers as well.

I am so touched to see the responses, the stories you have shared, and the desire to help. Again, the link will take you to the Susan G Komen site where you can donate. We are currently working on putting together the Paige L. Cahoon Fund, which will hopefully eventually be the Paige L Cahoon Foundation, that will provide comfort materials to those being treated for cancer. As many of you can attest, this is quite a process and we'd be happy to keep you posted.

Hope this link works (Assuming your little sister's name is Caroline Matthews). Can't imagine what you have gone through, have three daughters of my own. Wish I could afford to run up the price on the spotting scope, will just have to go with a donation.

One of my close friends 16 year old nephew just started chemo. I really look forward to the day cancer is a thing of the past. Here in the next week or so there are a bunch of us that are putting the bic to our heads and shaving our mellons as a fundraiser and to show support.

Don't need the scope but will donate to your girls walk. My wife has brain cancer. It is a terrible disease. I am so sorry to hear about your loss but glad you had six years with her. Paige is a very pretty Lady.
