I've had this for a number of years, consolidating scopes into common platforms/magnification/reticles.

Anyway, here it is - Vari-X III, 1" tube, 4.5-14x40 Tactical, target turrets with sunshield and Butler Creek caps.

Premier Reticles installed a Gen 2 Mil Dot reticle in it. I apologize for the picture attempts at the reticle. If you are unfamiliar with the reticle, here is a pretty good picture of it:

All finish damage I can find has been pictured.

Unfortunately more dust shows up in these pictures than the actual finish damage - so I'll describe the damage:

There is some finish missing from the power selector ring, both turret caps, one spot on the scope tube between the selector ring and the turrets, one just above the gold Leupold symbol on the side, one spot on the front ocular ring just behind the hash mark for the parallax adjustment and a bit of finish missing off the knurling on the parallax adjustment ring.

The optics are flawless.
