I have a box of these tube baits for smallmouth and largemouth bass. I think they feel awefully light. What is the best procedure to add weight to them? they are hollow so it seems that lead of some sort should be easy to place inside. If you do place lead inside how can you rig the hook to also be weedless? Any help with a photo would be great. Thanks

The make hooks for them that have lead molded onto the hook and the eye turned up 90 degrees so it coms out the top of the "head" of the tube. You slide the hook shank up inside.

On the larger tubes, try rigging them with a Carolina rig, sometimes with a knot and small bead to keep the sliding weight from going all the way down to the tube.
