I have had lots of interest in another Backcountry Skills Class like the one we put on last month. For some the June date didn't work and a few found out about Camp #1 too late. I just want to put this out to see if there would be interest in a Camp on September 15th -18th. I know this is getting into archery season and some backcountry seasons but this looks like the only dates available until next year. Let me know if this would be of interest and also how much interest would there be in a Winter Backcountry Skills Camp in February or March. You can post here, PM me or email at: runsmtns59 msn.com Thanks

Ed, can't make it again. I'm in the NWT until Sept 9th.
I'd definitely be interested in sometihng in Feb or March but would just have to see.
My best shot is prob May-Sept of next year.

If there's any tire kickers here... Just do it. I had a great time at this class and learned enough to make it well worth my money. And Deb's cooking..... Holy crap, you're going to eat good.
When's the Wellness and Lifestyle class Ed??
I'm Irish...
Of course I know how to patch drywall

It's a tough call but since I'm paid up for the NWT, I'll have to choose that I guess!

Though I can't commit now, I would be interested in a winter camp. Most of my experience has been before Dec 1, so some winter expereince would be nice. That and I'd like to see how much I like a heated tipi during that time!

Ed,
Do you have a syllabus of what was presented, the manner of presentation, and the duration of each segment?
Thanks.

If you coulkd PM me with your email, I can attach the Outline/Syllabus and the tenative class schedual we followed.
There are a few sections I want to give a bit more time to in future Camps.

Ed, I'd be in for either. I've not scheduled a big hunt this year because of rotator cuff surgery in December. I'm doing extremely well, and need some backcountry experience. Keep me posted, Don aka docdb

I would be interested in the winter one. Keep us updated, the drive would kinda suck for me if the weather is bad though. Guess i will have to chain up the TDI and head over! Looks like there would be some great skiing around your place.

If able, I'll be elk hunting in co. I'd like to attend sometime though. Hate to ask the same question again, but what all do you cover?
What happens when you get scared half to death...twice?
