I have left-hand rifles in 223(Tikka T-3)/ AR-15(Stag Arms), 257 Roberts(Savage), 7-08(Tikka 595), and 30-06(Browning A-Bolt). I have decided that I "need" a 270 Winchester, but would like some input on which one.

Of the following, which would you left-hand shooters get, and why:
Remington 700 CDL
Browning X-Bolt
Savage Weather Warrior
Tikka T-3
Browning BAR Long-Trac
Ruger Hawkeye

NULA, and other custom/semi-custom guns are out of my price range. Thanks in advance for your input.

Sounds like you have the majority of them on the list. Which is your favorite??? I'd say ruger hawkeye if it were me, but I'd know there's a pretty big chance I'd be giving up some accuracy as compared to the savage or even tikka. I have more faith in the ruger to be dependable out in the field though.

I use a left-handed Merkel, but it runs higher then the items on your list. Nice part is the bolt and cover is removable and a RH or LH mechanism can be put on the same rifle, as long as you don't have a cheek comb on the stock.

I'd go with the 700 CDL because it comes with a 24" barrel.
The Savage, Browning, Tikka and the Ruger are all 22".

Tikka. It's light.

Although I'd also consider a Savage in 270 WSM.

I bought a left handed Savage Weather Warrior in 270Win 4 years ago with the idea of rebarreling to a 280. I made the "mistake" of shooting the donor with various handloads and found several loads that grouped an inch or better. Needless to say, that Savage is still wearing the same 270Win barrel.

Shoot straight or shoot often.
