Found this out through Gearhog.

http://www.gearhog.com?rf=259376

For $50 you get a $100 gift certificate to USA Ammo.

Sounds like Gearhog or USA mmo is needing to raise some money quickly. Anyone order from either of these before?

Ammo USA has been around for a while in one form or fashion.

I found out about gearhog through outdoorwire.

Today is their second day. Yesterday, they sold Brownells $25 gift certificates for $12.50.

They advertise great prices on bullets. When I go to their site, I can't find any bullets. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not getting how this works, it is asking me for payment info before I place an order, would I'd be buying an on-line coupon to use at USA ammo?

Has anyone completed the process with USA ammo, it all worked?

Absolutely not. You know what they say about assuming?

Gearhog is like Groupon, LivingSocial, etc. It is a deal of the day website focused on the outdoors.

I've ordered from USA Ammo before. The website is kind of wacky- it doesn't work well in Firefox for Windows, but I got quality range ammo for a low price.

I have no skin in the game with usa ammo. I bought one certificate from gearhog yesterday and a couple of friends bought them also.

I read where you could buy a second one (for a gift).. I went back to get another one and they were sold out. Bought the second one a few minutes ago since it is back on.

Bottom line- I like saving money and thought I'd share that with you fine folks.

It's back on. They limited the deal to 850 yesterday, so who knows how many they'll sell before they lock it down. Right now the website says they've sold 1747.
