Just picked one up NIB and really like the looks and feel of these. 7 lbs and 18 1/2 inch stainless barrel, 1-10 twist. This is one of 248 made for Lipsey in 2009. Anyone else got one and if so how do you like it?. Tom

I have one with the tang safety and I shoot pigs with it all the time. I love it. It is one of the best carrying rifles I have.

It was also one of my best pawn shop buys. The 250 is quiet and very pleasant to shoot and as long as I do my part it rolls up the pigs.

I have the Lipsey stainless Mannlicher in 7mm-08 and love it. Also have the Ruger Mannlicher (non-Lipsey) in .243 which I used to take several whitetails. Great rifles. I'd consider adding another Ruger in .300 Savage as I have dies and brass.

I only sold the one that I had b/c I am left handed and did not want to compromise... though when I was young and had my only 99 apart for restocking, I borrowed my brothers early 243RSI and killed a little doe.
Wenigs told me one time while I was on the phone with them that they have a stock they can duplicate to make a left-handed RSI 77 and there is a guy on AA selling barreled actions only... they are all in 7MM RM though... I would prefer something smaller but might bite one of these days.
