A quick search here found almost nothing regarding the Converging Post Crosshair (tapered) offered by Premier.

I probably have as much time behind a Duplex crosshair as everything else put together but truthfully I have always mourned the passing of my B&L Balvar 8A with it's exquisite tapered crosshair.

Currently I am wrestling with the idea of topping a recently acquired forty-one year old Browning FN Safari (.30-06) with a 2.5 X 8 VXIII and a #7 (fine) reticle. The rifle is very fresh, possibly unfired, and will be used primarily for elk in the western states and (Lord willing) moose north of the border.

Picking up the crosshairs in a scope has never been a problem for me so I think I'll give it a try although I must say all the rhetoric around here seems to gravitate towards the med. and hvy. Duplex reticles and that has caused me to rethink my decision, but not change it.

Anyway, this is my rifle and I'll have it the way I want it, so there! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

All you guys with CPC crosshairs feel free to join in here and help me out. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
