I also have Brownells Aluma-Hyde II, and intend to try it soon as well. InTheWoods Campfire Greenhorn I Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 46	I coated an 870 Express with it (in a color called '870 Black'). So far it is tough as nails and shows no wear. The 870 has an extremely rough sand-blasted finish, making adhesion of the Duracoat superb. Adhesion on a gloss finish might not be near as good. Be very sure to degrease everything perfectly.
