Thanks for following it Stan. Really, it's just going to be an old hunting truck, nothing fancy. I have to remember that when I'm ordering stuff for it. Hard to do sometimes.

I was going to fix it and sell it, but the dang thing is starting to grow on me. Ma and the girl want nothing to do with it, but me and the boy like it fine.

I lied. The farm is 120ac. It's pretty cool with a few established stands that have been there for awhile. No one bow hunts it, so that part excites me a little bit. I found a buck rub in a low area between a few fields, so i'm going to start there when it's not 92* out.

Cool that she's moving! Job yet?

It is cool that no one bow hunts it. They did say they saw 2 big bucks last year but it's shotgun country and they were out of range.

she doesn't have a job yet, but several good leads, she needs to get down here before she can really move on any of them. she's been denied 2 decent jobs already just because she's applying from out of state

Cool Ryan. Hope she finds a job she likes down there.

Done with work for the week. The boss don't like to work Fridays. We put in long hours this week. Yesterday I come home quite muddy. We had to plant a bunch of stuff at this mansion we work at. They are having a wedding there at the end of this month and everyting has to be perfect. It is looking great and the owners are very happy with what we put in and the work we have done.

I am out of order until further notice. My "stupid people" filter needs cleaning and my "give a damn" batteries have run out.

Hey Coop! Good to see ya. I too am swamped with work. Working 6's, so not as much as you, but it's plenty.

I think I will be working about 9 days in November, so I got that going for me...which is nice.

Good idea BM. At least it wasn't anything like the the 12 inches they got in Dubuque,IA and northern IL yesterday.

Nothing at all in the local paper (The Stevens Point Daily Disapointment) about yesterdays storm.

One of the new windows leaked, so the contractor is coming over to find out what the problem is.

All right, I consider it my duty to lighten up your day today. You can all laugh at my expense laugh. yesterday, one of my twins, Hunter, apparently got up from his nap and invaded his sister's room. Throwing this and that around was not enough for this hellion though, oh no, he had much, much, bigger plans. I can see his thought process:

What is in this little bottle? oh, pretty pink. That would look really good on the carpet. I wonder if Mommy and Daddy would like me to paint a nice stripe of pink across Lauren's carpet with fingernail polish? Yep, I think they would.... cry

Of course I found it about 6 hours later and it was dried on hard. Nail polish remover didnt touch it. And to think, when we asked him if he did it.....he acted kinda proud! eek Mama got home from the cities and although I have a hard time capturing the emotion, I am pretty sure it wasn't "proud".

I've gone as high as 10' and angled it down at a water tank, worked really well.

Kendra had a second interview today, said it went really well. I'm gettin excited to get her down there.

sweet on the interview!

I just set it up in the "woods" in the back. It's a swampy, highg grass spot in the back of our property that has a heavy trail through it. I weed whacked the grass from a popple to about 3' past the trail. the shots will be pretty close 10-15'.

I set the camera up 2-3 feet off the ground. It isn't the best right now, but I nearly got carried away by mosquito's. I found a better tree when I was back there, I'll clean out around that later. See how this woorks first.

Dont set it toward the east or you get pics of sunrise. wavy grass will also trigger mine. a branch will as well. Mine I put a whisker higher, prolly 4.5 feet or so. I angle mine down just slightly.
