An awesome video. I've that one bookmarked. I especially like the shots of various bullets striking glass-I find it very interesting that the cracks in the glass move so much faster than does the projectile itself. Cool stuff.
Edit: I cannot remember off the top of my head the speed of sound through glass(i.e. the speed of which the shock wave travels through the glass), but it must be fast by the looks of that video.

I love that stuff. Thought I saw a TTSX that didn't expand when it passed through the plate somewhere early on, by the way.

The bullets that penetrated the metal plates were .308 Win. The one's that didn't were 7mm. J/K! Cool vid!

My favorite Werner Mehl video showed a revolver coming apart from a too-hot-hot-hot load.
I also found his videos of .22 bullets exploding Dynamite caps very interesting � noting especially that the caps blew just before the bullets would've hit 'em.
His videos of gun muzzles are interesting for what they show of early gas preceding the bullets.
"Good enough" isn't.
