Have one on the way. Will be a companion to my FA revolver.

Anybody have one? Likes/dislikes?

Do a search on Gunblast. There's a good article on the rifle there.

I have one. Very nice fit and finish. I got lucky and found one with exceptional wood. I have not shot it much but it is as accurate as I can shoot with open sights with all loads I have shot, both 475 and 480. Only dislike is recoil. By no means unmanageable but definitely more than I was expecting. Overall it is a nice short lightweight thumper.

Wow, nice wood on the buttstock. Does the otherside look as nice?

My #1 Swede has great figure on the left side and is plain as a fence post on the right.

I will say that a .475 in a 1S sounds appealing. Although I admit I am really torn between a .460 S&W and the .45-70.

The other side has about 3/4s that amount of figure. I would go a 45/70 over the 460 unless your looking for an oddball. The 45/70 will do everything the 460 will do and a whole lot more. I went with the 475 because I like to punch a big hole.
