Might as well throw some gas on the fires of the uninitiated!! I get buffler tenderloin done up with some great spices and blue cheese and shrimp on the top. I will post a pic later just to torment those who have yet to go knock off a buffler

A good principle to guide me through life: “This is all I have come to expect, standard lackluster performance. Trust nothing, believe no one and realize it will only get worse…”

Hmm sounds like a good buffalo recipe finally, cook up with bluecheese and shrimp. Just hope that scroungy buffalo crap doesn't wreck the cheese and shrimp....

Someday I hope to be the person my dogs think I am . . . The only true cost of having a dog is its death. Someone once said "a nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves." Shiloh Sharps . . . there is no substitute. NRA Endowment Member

Yep, even the buffalo hamburger and chili grind make good eats. Last Saturday evening, it was ground bison meat sauce over pasta with all the fixins, including red wine.
However, the filet of pheasant breasts wrapped in peppered bacon and served with cheese sauce was hard to beat for Sunday Dinner.
It just keeps getting better.

Been lurking for a while, but the picture of the buff steak with shrimp and blue cheese made me create an account. What would it take to get that recipe? I have someone I want to impress.

Marinade it in this for 4hrs-2 days in fridge. Sent ya a PM Marinade for the buffler. It smelled so good I damn near drank it 4 garlic cloves 2 minced shallots 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsely 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary 1/2 cup sherry wine 2 tblspn soy sauce 1 tblspn dijon mustard 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 tblspn black peppercorns put it all in food processor or blender and run until smooth. Put your meat (PREFERABLY BUFFLER) in a glass bowl and pour the marinade over it. Put iti in frig anywhere from 4 hrs to 2 days. Turn meat occasionally. Grill meat and brush marinade on meat. Cook meat to your taste (rare, med or well)IT IS [bleep]' GREAT!!!!!

Even more buffler/bison! Last Sunday it was bison burgers and today it was bison pot roast cooked in a dutch oven for three hours - yummy - I am too full to even watch the cowboys football game. So, off to bed to recover from too much farm work and too much pot roast.
