First, I didn't do it....wouldn't admit it if I had. I just bought a clean interterms bolt action minima user in 7.62x39. One of the screws is broken off? What is easiest fix? Thanks

Drill it out, I just did one on a set of Talley's.

Not too difficult to screw up that job depending on your ability and quality of equipment. Evaluate carefully before beginning.

One of the easier ways that sometimes works is to make a little prick punch and attempt to tap it out. Penetrating oil first of course. Check the other holes for traces of thread locker which may be why the one broke. If so heat weakens the bond though an acetone soak may work.

The easiest fix is to visit a gunsmith, it's a common task for him.

The easiest and potentially cheapest fix is to take it to a competent gunsmith.

I have told many who asked for a "screw extract"...."hell! you made it worse"....take it to a machinist or a smith.

Get a LH drill bit and drill it out. Often they'll come out as you drill.
