Here is my favorite type of knife for fish. A slab of Otoro, Hamachi or like and some wasabi are must have accessories!!!
I once visited a place where BBQ was a verb, Canadian whiskey was the norm and no sweet tea on the menu. Hell on earth for a Southern boy!!

How about a Dexter Sani-Safe 8" wide fillet knife? If you lose it your out about $27.
Might want a But knife too Dexter 4-1/2" Sliming Knife. again if you lose it gets washed overboard your out about $27.
