Well, I have a few "last rifles" in the works. So hopefully something to show soon. Nothing too fancy, I just dig those NH Classics.

I like them, but not as much as my pre 64's. However, they are extremely accurate and function flawlessly, so what's not to like? grin ..I've thought about selling my New Haven classic sporter 30-06 many times, but know I would kick myself in the azz so hard if that ever happened!! I like hunting my New havens and my SS classic 7mm rem mag is the one I grab when the shots are going to be long.

If you click on the picture it takes you to photobucket then click on the magnifying glass in the lower corner of the picture it will bring the picture up then double click on it and you will see the full size picture.

The 06 I bought off TDN went a buddy who wants to build a 338-06 I sold it to him with no mark up, the 7 wsm I bought from TDN went to another bud who wanted a 7 wsm sold it to him for what I gave TDN for it plus shipping. The 375 H&H was nib never shot it was bought by a school teacher in Alaska who had intentions of hunting bears and other critters well he never went hunting so he sold it to the fella I bought it off of. The stainless 270 wsm is a gunlist buy, one the smoothest deals I ever had bought from a fella in Montana. the 7 WSM I bought at Gander mtn. The 270 weatherby I bought off a member here on the forums.

What is it with the 5 digit M70 Classics? Are they the new collectibles these days?

Folks out their consider them some of the best built model 70's well right behind the pre-64's due to them being the first ones off the new tooling at the New haven plant.
