I have seen several pictures here of rifle barrels taped off during hunting and have a few questions.
1. Can you just shoot with the tape on the end of the muzzle with no effect of a "plugged barrel"?
2. Does it affect accuracy?

Fold over the tape against itself to create a quick pull tab if you like if you're uber paranoid but I've shot elk at 600 yards with tape on.

Air blows the tape off before the bullet gets there.
It's all in the reflexes.

Air blows the tape off before the bullet gets there. yeah that, unless youve put some sort of super space tape on there the pressure in the barrel blows it off as soon as the powder ignites. reminds me,its supposed to rain tomorrow, i better go tape up the barrel
