Hey Riley,
Yeah, I learned a valuable lesson with your Dad in Florida.
Tell your Pops to take you fishing so he can send me more eggs to cure, I'm fresh out. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

O.K. We were planing on going silver fishing soon. He has two other people he sends eggs so you might have to start catching your own. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> Or is it just like posting pictures used to be before we signed up to photo bucket? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Hey Spike, willing to provide some insight on the egg curing and how you rig the egg sacks?
I have never fishing salmon that way but an thinking about giving it a try this fall. Keep and cured some eggs from some salmon we caught a couple of weeks ago using borax, salt, and jello that we plan to use but am new to this type of fishing.

Spike,
The Pimp and I just tossed back enough eggs to suppy the entire state of Oregon. We know that there has to be a market for those eggs...........

Got 13 quarts of eggs in the freezer ready to go.... I'm still fishing the jaws, mid coast w/ herring, havent started bobber fishing yet. Hope we get as good a run as last fall. If the #'s Ive been getting at the jaws is any indication, we are gonna get a good run....
