I'm wondering if your Blackout has the same "tuning fork" ring to it that mine does when you charge it, shoot it, or feed it hard and fast?

Sure it does, you're probably hearing the buffer spring. Most AR's make this sound, however muted. If you're running suppressed perhaps this is the first time you've been able to hear it.

I believe the OP is referring to the sound the AAC Blackout flash suppressor makes. It is an open ended, three-prong design. It is notorious for the pinging sound the OP describes. You can even flick the end of it with your finger and it will ring.

If it bothers you too badly, you can switch to the muzzle brake or the "Brakeout" mount and the ringing will go away.

The SureFire flash suppressor (e.g. FH556-212A) does also have a slight ring to it but usually not anywhere as noticeable as the Blackout FS. When using the AAC Blackout with a sound suppressor the ringing is more noticeable. With the SureFire the sound is not as noticeable when using their sound suppressor.

How do you use a sound supressor and a flash hider at the same time?

Most flash hiders are now QD mounts for suppressors.
