LOL way to change topics there......by the way wind is switching to the north, temps dropping mid 30's to high of mid 50's this weekend.
Should bring some northern ducks and geese, at least knock down some more leaves for grouse.

I haffta bring my boat up to storage on Sunday. No where near the deer camp...I'll probaly never get over that way since it so far out of the way.

ppppffft, ppppffft, fffffffffphhh If I sounded like that I'd have to change my underwear. Come to think of it, I do sound like that.  OK BM you can relax, I'm definitly in deer camp mode now. Started picking up supplies yesterday. The BP bulk plant jacked lantern fuel up to $6.50 a gal.. Still two bucks cheaper than buying coleman fuel, but it was under $5 last year.

Went to Fleet Farm while the kids had church stuff. Place was packed in the sporting goods section. Fleet has started selling some good handguns too. Fell in love with a stainless Ruger 2 1/2" bbl .357 mag. Sweet little carry gun. Once the kiddos fall asleep, I'm heading to the basement to start digging through the good stuff.

Naw I'm just goofin. Didn't buy no rifle. But that'd be the sort of thing I'd want to get for maw if I could. Well I just finished up cleaning a remington model six for a friend. Gummy, it's all better now though, nice rifle. Now I smell like hoppes number 9

Tom looking forward to it and thanks, the young bucks are all in a tizzy they got a call from the land owner yesterday telling them they have 6 big does and assorted young ones along with two for sure bucks and an occasional third one. All feeding right in front of their stand.
They went upstairs after the call and since they were so quiet I went to check on them, they were upstairs sharpening their knives and talking smack to each other.
This morning on the way to work they were arguing over how bucks picked out what trees to rub on....lol, this is great entertainment.
