First off I like big shrimp 16 count or larger. My wife prefers the smaller variety.Shrimp and the way they are prepared is almost grounds for divorce around this old house

.1/3 cup or less of Old Bay
.1/3 cup or more of coarse ground black pepper
.Slightly mounded tsp. of celery seed
.Dash of white vinegar
.1/3 to 1/2 cup water
.Peel shrimp before cooking. No sense peeling after cooking and tossing all the good seasoning. This really is the key to the recipe.
.Combine and mix all ingrediants
.Cook for 3 minutes under high pressure.Cool pressure cooker rapidly to stop the cooking process.
.Serve hot or cold
.Enjoy
