Please provide input. I'm thinking 75.6-75.9 to pursue (likely just go to 75.8). I never saw pressure signs. Conditions: 24 degrees F 75.0% Humidity 24.68 inHg No WIND Rifle: GAP built 300WM 25" 1:10 Bartlein Barrel Powder/Bullet: Berger 168gr VLD-H H4831SC 75.0gr 75.3gr 75.6gr 75.9gr 76.2gr 76.5gr 76.8gr 77.1gr All measurements taken from base of case to ogive using Hornady Lock-n-load. 2.773" to Ogive, 0.05" Jump using Redding Type-S Bushing dies with 0.331 Bushing. All shots were taken off of Caldwell BR front rest, and leather bunny ears in rear. All shots taken at 200 yards

75.6-76.8 looks promicing to me. Maybe you could try different seating depths with those loads?
If I'm wrong, I'll admit it. If I don't reply further, I'm satisfied with my side of the "debate." ...nuff said.

What helped me was to determine center of your group. Draw a center line though the group horizontally. From your bullseye, draw a centerline horizontally. Measure distance from bullseye to center of group. Write that number next to that group. Write those numbers down on a separate piece of paper [to eliminate confusion] and look @ the numbers. Worked for me anyway. After that, be very careful here. Load different OAL's & record group size. Look very careful for pressure signs. Have dinner reservations ready @ establishment of choice for some serious celebrating! Let us know how you do. Good Luck!

Have you tried different seating depths? Just wondering if you started with .05 jump or worked to it. I'm loading the 168 vlds with 78 grains of RE22 with .020 jump. Shoots excellent but there is room for improvement with my load.
