So we were driving back yesterday with mallards, wood ducks, widgeons, gadwall and teal and I was trying to figure out how to cook them. We had just done our last batch of ducks in Korean bulgoki marinade and they were really good.

Remembered I had a giant container of jalapenos in the fridge from Costco. So marinated 6 breasts in jalapeno juice for 24 hours. Then I opened them up carefully with a fillet knife and stuffed them with blue cheese. Wrapped them in bacon, hit them with some cajun spice and grilled to medium rare. They were awesome.

Super easy recipe and really not as spicy as you would think.
