and pork loin on the weber. Got a 12lb bird about to be injected and rubbed with bird spices and a 7lb pork loin bone in injected and rubbed with pork spices.....hitting the grill with indirect heat in about 2-2 1/2 hours, should be off grill by 11:30 or so.

Adding whole onions along the edge of the coals for a little something something. Mesquite chips to be added sparringly and a little bacon to kick it all.

Beautiful day today, near 77d which means we may get a little fishing in. grin
