....there is a lot of opportunity to make some great stock!

I have a brined turkey carcass and a large ham bone with scraps sticking to it that will boil tonight.

Drives the missus crazy that I bother, but when I make a dish with the stock it's always a notch above.

I think some split pea soup with ham (using the ham stock) sounds good this weekend if we run out of leftovers......

Can't beat homemade stock!
