I had not heard this. I almost cannot believe this is going up for a vote with no debate. I will certainly call my senators on Monday.

The Bill clearly states that US Citzen's targeted for lockup by our own military don't have to meet all the requirements of foriegn targets.
Much easier to lockup citizens.
