Dear forum members. I am writing this because I am concerned for where this country is heading.

For the first time time the national debt has reached 15 trillion dollar mark with no end in site. The current President, or should I say emperor, has spent like drunken saliors on shore leave, and continue to ask the American public to pay more and more taxes. When is enough enough. Currently we could sell all the gold in Fort Knox, if it is still there, and not make a dent in the national debt. I have a plan to solve this problem. First we quit send more than 1.5 trillon a year to countries that don't give 2 [bleep] about us unless we send them a check each year. Second, stop the bum handout programs. We have turned a certain segment of the population into a group of do nothings. And finally, [bleep] can the people who got us into this problem to start with, Congress and the White House.

In 2008, the American public voted for change, but what they got was the start of Socialism at it's very finest. It is my fondest hope that we send a message in 2012 that the greatest country on earth will not stand for this, that our founding fathers got it right the first time. We have witnessed an erosion of individual rights at an alarming rate. Sure we have
won cases in court, but we are endanger of losing these because
King Obama I is trying to use backdoor executive orders to erode your gun rights, freedom of speech, which we have seen, if you disagree with them, you are considered a racist, my god, look at what has happened to all the gun dealers in Arizona with the so called Fast and Furious program.

And finally, what in the hell is going on with border security.
Right now the border with Mexico is so open, that farmers and ranchers are fearful for their lives. The only reason for this, is that King Obama wants their votes. We need to wake up
and see that we are being invaded from south of the border. People along the border can get no help from the Federal government on the issue at all and my home state of Alabama is being sued because we are trying to do something about it. To sue a state for trying to enforce the law is insane at best. Maybe the ranchers and farmers down there should arm themselves
and protect their property and families since our beloved government refuses to do it.

As you can see, I have quite a few problems with the country I served for 16 years and 2 wars. I love this country, but I hate to see what these [bleep] are doing to it. Remember this
is still the best country on earth. Please remember to vote in 2012 and maybe we can still save her and to quote Ronald Reagan, "make her a shining city on a hill".

We don't spend anywhere near 1.5 trillion a year on foriegn aid. It is more like 1-2% of the budget. This figure is our deficit which is 40% of our budget.

Most the dimocraps, libs, major news outlets, blacks and browns say not to worry (but I'm with you on this). We have PC'd ourself into insolvency.

We can all help out the country by just saying NO. No, we aren't going to support you marxists. By this I mean everyone has to do their part and not be a part of making him look good in any way. Do not work for the govt or serve an illegitimate CIC. This is critical for success. Tell them to shove it where the sun don't shine! I honestl can't for the life of me understand why at this time a person would ever serve in the military or civilian service for the like of Barry. IT's NUTS.

I don't watch the mail plane for a pension check. I make my own way, as much as the govt will allow for.
Are you drawing a check from the govt? If so, consider sending it back and just saying NO.

The thread is relating to all those that suck from the govt teet. Is that you? Asking the question. Are you sucking the govt teet? Do you get a govt check?

We can't balance the budget with this alone. It will take more cuts and some form of increased revenue, as postulated by teh Simpson-Bowles group.
