Torrance Memorial in Torrance, CA has openings. If you are currently an OR Nurse with at least 2 years of acute hospital experience and a CA RN license take a look or PM me.
Same with OR techs, civilian or military (91D or current MOS).
This OR is very Vet friendly, with most of the male employees
being prior service. I am not a recruiter but can steer you
to the hospital recruiter, or just go to the web site.

I've got a niece fresh out of Nursing school and is licensed... made good grades all the way through. But is finding it imposable to find work. Hospitals want only the experienced and only those with quite a few years behind them...
Eventually it will bite them in the ass and these college graduates that can't find work in the trades they've trained for will go else where and into other fields.

Phil Does she have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or simply an Associate's Degree with certificate? Pretty much anyplace around here will hire a BSN over an ADN anytime, with some institutions refusing to even interview an ADN for most positions.

couldn't tell you on which degree other than she has 2 of them... trained as a Pediatrics Nurse (think thats correct) Baby/infant nurse anyway!
Military is one option I've tried to talk her into...
