found a tc hawkens with a brown laminated stock. never seen one before. anyone own one? wonder how rare they are.

Never heard of one.
To the best of my knowledge all T/C Hawken stocks were/are American walnut.
Are there any markings?
Can you post pictures?

That doesn't look laminated just figure of the piece of wood would be my guess

That one looks really nice.
I've always been a sucker for a gun with pretty wood.
That one would have grabbed me for sure.
I have to agree with dvdegeorge though. I'll bet it's the natural grain of that stock blank.

I've seen one once that was sanded down then a torch taken over it an stain really looked great an difference

guys,its laminated brown,found out today that tc only made 8 of them in the 80's. its for sale and i think i will buy it just because its so rare.then i'll take some bottom pics,so you really see the laminated stock.

I saw one at a gun show. It wasn't that expensive and it was in the box. I wish I'd bought it.
