What do you think? My 1 year old posing on my wife's dad's car from when he was in high school. She took pics last week when we were down in Texas, used it as a prop. Of course she called her dad and asked if he'd like to give us the car, and he said have at it. Her uncle said he blew a head gasket and parked it. A lot off bondo going to be needed if we ever do anything with it. (also, a blatant way of showing off the most adorable kid ever)

Northern Dave can fix that. Cute kid you have there.
They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

Big difference in a '49 and a '50 was the hood and trunk lid ornaments.
The Mayans had it right. If youre going to predict the future, its best to aim far beyond your life expectancy, lest you wind up red-faced in a bunker overstocked with Spam and ammo.

I am not dissapointed Cute kid and a great looking bullet nose ford. 6 cylinder or 8? I'm guessing 6 because I think the 8's said so in the center of the nose bullet? Regardless, I love the shoebox fords. My oldest boy has a 51 that we hauled home for him last summer. Keep your eyes open for a project thread on this 51. You can tell I just hate this sort of thing...
Something clever here.

Dang, that sure is one cute kid.

Thanks for the comments everybody-
Dave, its the original flathead V8. I know next to nothing about this kind of stuff, but have several buddies that are big into it, just wish they were 100 miles closer. One redid his dad's 1950 Ford. The other has done several, the most impressive was a 66 Chevy shortbed that he dropped a 455 Buick in.
