Just got mine in two days ago and haven't had a chance to take it to the field yet. I did load it up with my normal gear I take on a day hunt and put the rifle in it. It felt good to me. I plan on using it some during our late doe season. The real test will be next fall in the mountains.
I have the Just One also. I use it to pack out meat or as a large daypack if I plan on hauling meat out the first trip. I like the smaller gunrunner type pack for going light in the high country. The X1 would make a nice do all. I only time I had an X1 on was in a store.
I put in a Remington 700 with a 4-12x40mm in it. It looks like there would be room for the bipod. I have a harris bipod I could put on and see how it fits and report back.
Great that is what I was wondering. I have a remington sendero and I was hoping it would fit in there with the bipod on it. How is the storage in the pack? Anything you wish it had?

ranchhand, i like my pack a lot, main thing 2 me is the fit, tried on a lot of packs that didn't fit as well as the x1a1, also playing around with there shooting rest that snaps on the pack so far i like shooting off this pack.
I bought me a gunrunner today and I could not be happier with it. The rifle scabbord is nice and wide. I put my sendero in it with the bipods on it. I also put my heavy barreled ar-15 with a vortex viper pst on it and it fit in there just fine. I would highly recomend this pack.
