I got in the ring with a black-belt woman before that talked trash a little to often and a little to loud. I worked out with some guys kickboxing/MMA stuff back before MMA was really around in the late 80's early 90's while in the Corps, and the group before us in the "dojo" (a rented dance studio outside of Camp Lejune in Jacksonville) was into different stuff than we were.
I was only a brown belt. I'm 6-1, 190, she was 6th (?) degree black, 5-1, 110 dripping wet.
Her husband was not happy, but she learned a lot during those 45 seconds.....
That guy didn't try to do anything to that woman, and doing nothing was the right thing to be doing until the police arrived....

Absolutely. I've seen that show a few time, 90% is BS. Hong Kong Fuey or not, noway that tiny gal handles that guy.

Great big steadicam in the background, microphone under the guy's shirt. Pretty obviously set up for the camera. In this scenario, I think it is pretty funny that she whipped up on him.
In real life, if a lowlife does not pay their bills and they lay hands on a repo man. A tazer and mace would be appropriate response.
Heck, even "Dog" carries a big old can of pepper spray.

I've watched the show several times and I wouldn't swear that it was staged. The big dude is straight up chicken shidt. He gets owned by most anybody that isn't scared of his size. When he gets hit he usually starts screaming like an eight year old girl.
