looking for comments on these,im looking at the 4-14x40 and the 10x40.i like the moa/moa or mil/mil reticles.

I have had 2 Wonder Optics (WOTAC) scopes. I liked them, they were very close in design and quality of SS brand from SWFA...I have one of those also. I really liked the WOTAC reticle. I had a problem with first one after I had had it about a year, started fogging internally and I sent it back and the owner exchanged and upgraded it to the next model for free. The turret was slightly mushy on the first one, the replacement one was good.

I have no personal experience though I have looked through one that my buddy owns. He likes it and it seems to be of passable quality.
